• If cancelling within 60 days prior to arrival, guest forfeits 50 percent of their deposit unless the same dates are rebooked at the same rate.
  If cancelling within 30 days prior to arrival, guests forfeit 100 percent of their deposit unless the same dates are rebooked at the same rate.
  Cancellations prior to 60 days of check-in will need to be rebooked in order to receive a full refund of the deposit.
  All situations are unique and we are approachable and happy to work together to assist where we can.

50% deposit payable to secure the reservation, the balance is due 2 weeks prior to check-in.

From the N3, take the Nottingham Road off ramp. Turn left towards the Windmills Garage. Pass Brahman Hills on your right and immediately after take the left turn on the tar.

This is the Mount West Road. Follow the road (tar) for approx 4km, it then turns into a dirt road and continue another 4km until you see the Kerriston sign on your left.

The gate code will be provided to all guests once their booking is confirmed.
